When purchasing ask yourself  -

🌿 Is it Biodegradable? 
🌿 Sustainable? 
🌿 Eco-friendly?

Throwing something out -

🌿 Can it be repurposed? 
🌿 Repaired? 
🌿 Recycled?

It isn't always possible, but just starting to ask these questions in our head when purchasing, or throwing something out, will give us time to consider our actions and help to reduce waste 🙏
